A new year brings so many new updates! You asked, and we listened, here are a few of the most recent updates made to GreenRope in January 2023! Communicate > Email Tracking - queued messages can now be rescheduled without canceling the broadcast. Click the pencil icon next to the delivery date and time to open up a dialog that allows you to change it.
Updated editor to latest version with a new skin.
Added support for emoji with colon and word typed into editor area.
APIExtended functionality to support getting/updating Opportunity custom fields and associated contacts. Extended API so that the new Invoice fields are supported WebsiteWebsite > Signup Forms - EasyBuilder now includes a template library, and the ability to define a Header area (text and colors), as well as a new Input Field Left Margin setting
Website > Store > Reports - show a list of active and inactive recurring charges
EventsBooking events - when viewing from inside event details in Calendar, if any booking calendar appointments will have a CRM button next to the attendee's name that will open the CRM record for that attendee.
ContactsContact details - the Address field now has a "verify" link that you can click to confirm the street address of the contact, and it can update with the latest information from the United States Postal Service (US contacts only).
WorkflowsAutomation > Workflow Manager > Trigger Actions - new ability to complete/delete outstanding CRM activities for a contact or company.
SurveysCommunicate > Surveys - 4 new survey templates with new colors and rounded corners
