Contact Data Settings

Settings > Account > Contact Data Settings - can add an external Iframe as a panel to contact records in an account 


When sending a message, if that message fails, the CRM panel will create an activity for the failed SMS delivery

User Defined Fields

When deleting a user field, the confirmation dialog will warn if the field is used in signup forms, ticket forms, or workflows, and if there are contacts or companies with that defined for them
