Journeys

New Decision option that looks at the ability to split based on an opportunity having a product in it 

Contact Data Settings

Settings > Account > Contact Data Settings - can add an external Iframe as a panel to contact records in an account 

SMS/MMS

When sending a message, if that message fails, the CRM panel will create an activity for the failed SMS delivery

Tickets

Tickets now support up to 10 images per update (increase from 3) 

User Defined Fields

When deleting a user field, the confirmation dialog will warn if the field is used in signup forms, ticket forms, or workflows, and if there are contacts or companies with that defined for them

Opportunities

We added ability to edit opportunity field order in Settings > Opportunities > Preferences 

Moved Opportunity-related settings from Settings > Account to Settings > Opportunities under a new Preferences tab
