Just in time for Christmas, our holiday cheer misters (aka our developers) checked your feedback list, they checked it twice, and added a few new features you’re sure to find nice!

Here are a few of our favorite updates from 2021

Project Live - The new Live tab shows people currently working on a project with their timers active and the amount of time since their times have started or stopped.

Round Robin Workflows - When working in the Journeys you can now create Round Robin Workflows. With the Round Robin Workflow option set as a journey action it will round robin an unlimited number of workflows in sequence.

New design options in the Signup Form EasyBuilder -. Add background colors for data fields, define text colors, and so much more in the updated Signup Form EasyBuilder editor.

Zoom Integration - Our new native Zoom integration allows you to pull Zoom webinar and meeting attendees automatically into your CRM. Note you must be at the Zoom Pro level or higher for the integration to work. To learn more about the new zoom integration go to Settings > Account > Settings > Integration.

Private Label Links - In the Group Settings we now support Private Labeled Links at the group level for emails sent.

LMS Tracking - We recently added tracking by chapter. The new progress bar moves with each chapter and the final chapter link does not appear until all other chapters are done, forcing students to go through all the content before reaching the testing page.

Booking Calendar Slots - In Settings > Calendar Settings, you can specify if the entire time slot is always visible or if only a smaller slot slice is seen when appointments are booked.

Shared Access - When managing shared access for a group, the buttons and interactions for adding users, contacts, and removing all permissions have been moved to the top for better UX when dealing with many groups/users.

Email EasyBuilder Broadcasting - The email EasyBuilder now has a Broadcast button to allow for sending a broadcast directly from that screen, also the Open/Templates screen shows broadcasts sent from the EasyBuilder.

CRM Activities - Now, when clicking on the chart to view activities, you can advance, delay, and reassign activities en masse.

Documents - Good news! Documents that have already been sent can now be re-sent using the “Resend'' link next to the list of document sent/read statuses by going to Contact Details > CRM Panel > Documents.

Website Manager Blog - The public facing default Blog page (what shows up if you go directly to the Blog instead of to an individual blog post) now shows a summary of the last 5 articles with links to read more instead of the latest blog article

Ticketing - when looking at a ticket details screen you will notice a new button at the top allows for reassigning the ticket.

We also added a new search criteria to see who the ticket is assigned to.

Integrations - The new integration with Shopify through Zapier to automate abandoned carts and paid orders
