February 2025 System Updates
February may be short, but it’s packed with powerful GreenRope updates! Journeys now let you send SMS messages directly, plus a new max-hour delay option gives more control over timing. Dashboards are smarter with a journeys progress widget, improved activity tracking, and cleaner displays. SMS just got more fun with an emoji insert tool. Workflows are now easier to manage with activation on contact creation, quick activation from CRM views, and an archive option. Plus, we’ve added a RingCentral integration for seamless in-CRM calling. Plenty to explore this month! Dashboard Updates
Dashboard - new journeys progress widget default added if any contacts have been on journeys in the account with the full size widget clickable to see all contacts on journeys Dashboard - if no CRM activities have been created in the account, the left side "To Do List" widget is not shown Dashboard - calendar and emails sent history widgets now both include SMS data
Worklfow Updates
Settings > Account > Settings > Contact Data Settings - new contacts can have an "Activate Workflow" field that will activate a workflow upon contact creation
Automation > Workflows - ability to archive workflows to hide them from activation selectors Contacts > View CRM - the list view of contacts now has a Workflow button that can activate a workflow for a contact right from there and also in dashboard quick search
Journeys Updates
Journeys - Delays with user field dates can now also have a max hours, to allow for a maximum number of hours to wait as a fallback Journeys - new Action "Send Text Message" allows for sending SMS/MMS directly from journey rather than needing a workflow
SMS Updates
Contacts > Send Personal SMS and Journeys > Send Text Message - new emoji Insert tool to make it easier to add emojis to messages and Automation > Workflow Manager Integration Updates
Settings > Account > Integrations - new RingCentral integration to activate in-CRM integration functions |
