December 2024 System Updates

 

As we wrap up 2024, GreenRope continues to evolve with powerful updates designed to enhance your experience and maximize efficiency. This month, we’re excited to introduce a variety of new features, including hyperpersonalized content generation, advanced Journey decision-making tools, and improved integration options for Shopify users. VAR and reseller partners will benefit from added customization and workflow automation capabilities, while updates to website management and campaign tracking make it easier to refine your strategy. Hyperpersonalization

 

New Hyperpersonalization placeholders - in the Merge placeholder screen when editing content, there is a new Hyperpersonalization ability to use AI to generate custom content for individual email recipients, website visitors, and event attendees

Journeys

 

New Journey decision function based on whether a specific contact's user field is a set value

Websites

 

Website > Campaigns & Affiliates - conversion tracking when viewing all conversions can now show the sum total of conversions by contact in the selected date range

Website > Manage > Password-protected websites can automatically logout people who navigate away from the website

 

Placeholder Updates

 

Added support for so the account logo (set in Settings > Account > Settings for the top left logo) can be embedded in emails

 

Settings > Account > Settings > Contact Settings - there's a way to unlock a new set of placeholders that can reference a single contact, such as Contact123_, which would merge in the User4 data for contact #123 into a message

 

VAR Partners

 

For VAR partners - a new option in View Portal Settings that allows you to activate a workflow for a new account created from a model account on the first contact in the account (the account owner)

 

For reseller partners - the Create Account page now has a fourth accordion tab where new accounts can enter additional information about their business (11 Dec 2024) and it can be edited in the Settings > Account > Contact Info panel (12 Dec 2024) and can be embedded into messages and in the Portal Manager > View Portal Settings, you can defined the help content bubble there

 

Company Records

 

Company details - "Notes" have been changed to "Company Info" to be consistent with how company-related data is displayed in contact details

 

Shopify

 

Settings > Account > Integrations > Shopify - you can choose the sorting of order information in the user field

 

Ticketing

 

Apps > Ticketing > Ticket Categories - the custom fields that are required for a category are now marked with an asterisk (*)
