January 2025 System Updates
As we step into the new year, we're bringing you updates designed to simplify and improve your experience throughout your CRM. We’ve added new AI tools to help you analyze and improve your content, from emails to sales funnels. Auto-save is now available in EasyBuilder, keeping your work secure as you go. Conversations are easier to track with a new panel in the CRM, and translation settings are now more flexible to fit your preferences. Whether you’re managing website automation, signup forms, or Shopify integrations, these updates are built to give you more efficiency. Let’s explore everything new this month.
AI UpdatesCommunicate > EasyBuilder - new Analyze button to show how content of an email or landing page can be improved
Contact Details > Send Personal Email - redesigned panel, added new Analyze button to assess effectiveness of the message to the contact
Contacts > Reports > Funnels and Opportunities - new Analyze button to use AI to look at funnel processes and make recommendations to improve sales
Communicate > Track Email - next to the inline view of the message is a new Analyze button that uses AI to analyze the message and suggest improvements based on performance
Settings > Account > Contact Info (or Profile if a shared access user) - define your avatar that will appear from time to time as you work in the CRM
Website UpdatesWebsite > Tracking > Automation - time window for website alerts can now be extended to an arbitrary number of days, instead of just in the past day
Email UpdatesSettings > Account > Email Settings - new option to allow setting a custom "Reply To" address
Auto-SaveCommunicate > EasyBuilder and Website > Landing Page Easybuilder - new Auto-Save button that will automatically save content every 60 seconds
Reporting UpdatesContacts > Reports > Funnels - new way to define descriptions for each stage of conversions
CRM UpdatesContacts > View CRM - new panel "Conversations" that combines the latest IMAP and Personal emails and SMS messages to show recent conversations
Browser calling is now available for all accounts, note the new icon next to the phone number to make the call
Translation UpdatesSettings > Account > Settings - the "language" for an account has been broken into 2 separate functions. Account Language for the default language if a user doesn't set a preference, and Current Language which is the user's preferred. Both can be changed independently now
Image Size ConstraintsImage uploading now has the constrain image size set to 600px to account for higher resolution devices
Signup Form UpdatesWebsite > Signup Forms - all forms now can have a vanity URL that you can define that is specific for that form
SMS UpdatesCommunicate > SMS / MMS / Voice - the top chart now includes a line for outbound SMS messages that were not delivered successfully, also clickable to see who did not receive the message and the error code with a link to see details
Shopify UpdatesExtended/fixed Shopify integration to include order item quantities in conversion values and user field records for orders, see updated instruction graphic
Placeholder UpdatesRedesigned dynamic placeholders dropdown menu for better readability, added new "Specific contact user field value" option for dynamic rules |
