July 2024 System Updates

Welcome to the GreenRope Monthly Updates blog for July! This month, we've introduced several exciting features and enhancements to improve your experience, including updates to calling functionality, survey options, email rendering, and more. These updates are designed to streamline your workflows and boost productivity. Read on to discover all the new ways GreenRope continues to evolve to meet your needs!

Click to Call

Contacts > View CRM - if you don't have a number set up for your account (set up in Communicate > SMS/MMS/Voice), the initial list view of contacts now links any phone or mobile numbers with tel:number so browsers can call directly from the CRM

Contact Details > Phone and Mobile fields - if you have purchased a number in the Communicate > SMS/MMS/Voice screen, there is a new icon for browser calling with automatic transcription and recording

Settings > Account > Contact Settings - for the list view, if you don't have a number set up for your account, you can choose to have clicks on the phone/mobile numbers also simultaneously open the Create New Activity dialog

Review Management

Surveys - new question type "Stars" show stars people can click on to rate something

Email Rendering

Communicate > EasyBuilder > Preview - new tab "Rendering" that shows how the email will look in multiple email clients

For VAR Partners

For VAR partners - when clients subscribe, the included file storage default from "View Portal Pricing" automatically will apply to the account if it hasn't been set yet

For VAR Partners - in Portal Manager > View Portal Options - you can now set a new CreateAccountShowPayment to Y, which will allow users to pay for an account as part of the initial account creation form

Ticketing

Apps > Ticketing > Categories > Resolution - the resolution chart now shows the average number of updates to close tickets in that date range, there is a new chart that shows the number of closes by hour

Apps > Ticketing > Ticket Forms - emails sent with ticket updates can now have the update button text and color customized

Contact and Company Records

Contacts > Companies > Import - new option that allows company file imports to overwrite existing data with blank data

Contact details - if the contact isn't in a company but the domain of the contact's email address matches an existing company's website domain, there's a suggestion to one-click add that company to the contact record

Signup Forms

Website > Signup Forms > Options - you can set forms so they automatically attach a contact to a company based on the email domain

Opportunities

Contacts > View CRM > Opportunities - Kanban and List view both have new automatic date ranges for Yesterday+Today and Today Only
