July 2024 System UpdatesThis August, we've made some exciting updates across various parts of GreenRope to make your workflows, communication, and website management even smoother. From new SMS survey placeholders to enhanced signup form logic, we’re focused on streamlining your daily tasks. We’ve also introduced updates to our contact and opportunity management features, making it easier to stay connected and organized. Whether you’re tweaking forms or managing conversations, these improvements are designed to keep everything running seamlessly. Here’s a closer look at what’s new this month. SMS/MMS/VoiceCommunicate > SMS/MMS/Voice - next to each SMS opt-in is a QR code generator that can be used to make it easier for people to opt in via text, also updated help bubble Communicate > SMS/MMS/Voice - added ability to see source number and create contacts from unknown text messages Contact details > CRM panel - for SMS activities, there is a new "View Conversation" link/button at the top right of the card that can be clicked to show the entire SMS conversation with the contact with a reply button to send a message from there Contact details > CRM panel - for IMAP emails, similar to SMS activities, there's a new View Conversation button that shows a list view of emails sent back and forth to the contact Workflows/SMS - text messages now support survey placeholders Updated phone number input library to latest 23.9.2 WorkflowsWorkflows - placeholders for dates support an "after" case as well as a before case, allowing to set dates in the future Contacts > Editing contact record - if you activate a workflow that causes a user field to change that could trigger another workflow, a warning will appear to the user Signup FormsWebsite > Signup Forms - if the field is mandatory, but hidden by logic, it won't prevent the form from being submitted Website > SIgnup Forms - if the form has a checkbox field, you can set it to check the checkbox by default in the Options tab OpportunitiesSettings > Opportunities > Custom Fields - custom opportunity fields can now have triggers so workflows can get activated when field values change, similar to user field triggers JourneysJourneys - delays now support "after" cases for delays relative to user field dates, opportunity proposal due dates, and opportunity close dates APIAPI - CRM Activities data now includes the account timezone Website TrackingWebsite > Manage > Tracking > GDPR Widget - there's a new option for the script for placement to allow the banner to be placed at the top of the screen and middle
