September 2024 System UpdatesThis fall, we’ve made some exciting updates to help you manage your GreenRope account more easily. Invoices now use a simple datepicker for selecting quote and due dates. You can also assign default invoice templates to specific phase paths, and we’ve added dynamic placeholders and a help bubble for templates. We’ve introduced support for .webp images to keep your files small and high-quality. For browser-based calling, Click to Call is now available with setup assistance from GreenRope support. We've also redesigned the public-facing coupon interface and updated CRM activity settings to give you more control over shared access. InvoicesInvoices - quote valid until date and invoice due date date selectors now use a datepicker instead of 3 selectors Settings > Opportunities > Phase Paths - each phase path can now have a default invoice template to be used when making a quote or invoice from an opportunity Invoices - templates now support dynamic, contact, and opportunity placeholders also added a help bubble by the load/save invoice templates buttons
